2. Description of Service

Art Prompt Generator is an online tool that generates creative drawing and art prompts. The Service is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with or without notice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent daily generation limits through automated means or multiple accounts
• Scrape or bulk-download prompts without written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

4. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompts generated by the Service are provided for your personal and commercial creative use. The Service itself - including its design, code, and data - is the intellectual property of Art Prompt Generator and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will be suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Prompt Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
