1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Art Prompt Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Art Prompt Generator is an online tool that generates creative drawing and art prompts. Our service includes:

• Free Tier: 30 prompt generations per day, no account required
• Pro Tier: Unlimited daily generations, saved prompt library, and priority support

The Service is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time with or without notice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The free tier is limited to 30 prompt generations per day per user. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent the daily generation limit (30 per day on free tier) through automated scripts, bots, or multiple accounts
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract prompts from the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or violates applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or offer prompts as your own product or service

4. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions provide unlimited daily prompt generations, the ability to save prompts to your account, export saved prompts in CSV/JSON format, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annual options) and auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your Pro access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial month usage.

Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service issues. Contact support at help@artpromptgenerator.app within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Intellectual Property and Prompt Usage

Prompts: The prompts generated by the Service are provided for your personal, educational, and commercial creative use. You may use these prompts as inspiration for original artwork, illustrations, and creative projects. You are free to use Art Prompt Generator outputs with any AI art generation tool (including Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, and similar platforms) or traditional drawing and painting.

Service IP: The Art Prompt Generator Service itself—including its software, code, design, branding, and underlying algorithms—is the intellectual property of Art Prompt Generator and is protected by copyright and trade secret law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will be suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Prompt Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
